大埔四戶 江揆：尊重苗縣府依法執行

【何哲欣／台北報導】苗栗大埔4戶房屋拆遷爭議延燒，副總統吳敦義昨晚邀行政院長江宜樺、苗栗縣長劉政鴻等人協調，但劉政鴻強硬說，「大埔4戶強制拆除的立場不變。」行政院長江宜樺上午受訪說，內政部都市計畫委員會3年前就決議，3年來，根據決議，多數住戶都已處理好，僅剩4戶未拆，其中有1戶僅拆圍牆，2戶在道路轉角，有安全顧慮，另1戶則因有家屬成員已領走補償費，後續如何處理、執行時間，由苗縣府自行判斷。
 
江揆說，行政院立場從未改變，都希望苗縣府尊重都委會決議，若最後苗縣府依法執行，只能尊重。
