房價高，但台南最近買房的-> 選擇、品質、價值 高嗎?

大家認為台南最近買房的----> 選擇(option)、品質(quality)、價值(value) 高嗎?
以一個在台南住超過25年的台南人來看
我個人覺得最近台南推出的建案
無論 選擇(option) 品質(quality) 價值(value)
都不高耶~

台南房價高漲是一回事 (無論是否是炒作)
但是至少 選擇(option) 品質(quality) 價值(value)
也都跟房價(price)相當一點，這錢也花得比較值得。

但現在看到一些建案的品質，開價，真的很傻眼。
難道台南都沒有"價"、"質"相當的房子可以買嗎?
