智利11歲女童遭性侵懷孕　引墮胎爭議

【綜合報導】智利一名11歲女童之前遭到母親的同居男友性侵，導致現在有14周身孕，雖然男子已經遭到逮捕，但現在這名女童在智利國內引起墮胎爭議。

智利國內現行法律規定，必須醫師確認胎兒會對母體或胎兒本身有生命危險時，才允許墮胎，加上現任總統賓內拉(Sebastian Pinera)反對墮胎，因此目前智利國內規定不准隨意墮胎。

不過這名11歲女童是在身心遭受重大創傷下而懷孕，就現行法律規定，因為「母子均安」，因此女童恐無法選擇墮胎。目前有許多智利人民發起請願活動，希望政府能重新省視墮胎法，開放讓遭受性侵懷孕的女子，以及本身患有疾病的女子，能有選擇墮胎的權利。
