WIN7系統下刪照片如何關閉確認及權限視窗?

照片檢視軟體為ACDSee 10
以前用XP時，
只要把ACDSee選項的檔案管理那邊刪除確認取消，就可以按一次把照片直接刪除
現在灌了WIN7之後
每刪一張照片，都會出現拒絕存取檔案，叫我提供管理員權限的視窗
我的帳號設定那邊已經是系統管理員了，還是每次都叫我提供權限才能繼續
繼續之後又跳出視窗叫我確認是否允許程式變更電腦設定
等於我刪一張照片要按三次，非常的麻煩

進使用者帳戶控制設定改成電腦變更一律不要通知(這樣改會有安全性問題嗎?)
還是會有叫我提供管理員權限的視窗
這個情形同樣發生在ACDSee 12上
請問要怎麼設定才能像以前用XP時一樣按一次delete照片就直接進回收桶?
