為省1200元亂倒大便水　人贓俱獲移送法辦

【林媛玲╱新北報導】超噁爛！大便水竟隨處倒。新北市1家環保公司本周一為圖節省1200元處理費，竟將水肥車開到五股重劃區，由於當地有許多建築工地，目前無人居住，員工趁四下無人，大剌剌排大便水進路旁水溝，搞得該處惡臭沖天，幸惡行遭環保稽查員撞見，當場人贓俱獲。

環保局表示，業者違反《廢棄物清理法》，已移送台北地檢署調查，最重得處1年以上、5年以下刑期，併科300萬元以下罰款，若民眾蒐證檢舉，有機會獲行政罰金的3成，或法院判罰罰金的1成，作為檢舉獎金。
