酒駕害3命　葉少出庭喊一審6年「判太重」

【綜合報導】高雄富少葉冠亨酒駕害死3命，一審判刑6年，昨二審開庭，葉先指一審「判太重」，直到庭訊快結束時，才突起身向死者家屬道歉：「我會負起一切法律責任，請法官依法判刑。」但死者家屬不領情，檢方則當庭具體求刑8年，全案訂於本月19日宣判。

蒞庭檢察官林應華認為，當時友人曾力勸喝茫了的葉冠亨不要開車，他非但不聽勸還高速狂飆。檢方表示，葉冠亨究竟開多快檢審認定不一，僅保守估計約為時速100至130公里。不過林應華說他曾重新勘驗監視畫面，及重回現場測量精算結果，葉當時的車速最少時速136公里，最快為215公里，比一審判決認定高出許多。
