小雨親生父親與母親早年離婚，之後父親與現任繼母再婚，並生下兩個小孩後，父親常常虐待小雨，虐待招數不勝枚舉，不只用鐵掍毆打和罰跪，更逼迫小雨吃書和喝沖馬桶的水。

小雨奶奶甚至見過兒子逼孫女吃硬幣，奶奶表示打算要訴諸法律，將兒子告上法庭，取回孫女監護權，把孫女救出苦海。

【侯昌騰／高雄報導】高雄市鳳山區過碑所巡邏警網，於今日凌晨1時30分行經過碑路與鳳頂路口時，遭民眾攔下報案指稱一旁人行道有竊嫌正在偷水溝蓋，警車立即趕往果真發現兩名男子共乘一部滿載水溝蓋貨車，警車才一靠近對方立即加速逃逸，警車鳴笛追捕了五分鐘，該貨車因過於笨重警方伺機將對方逼上人行道，車上兩名男子棄車逃逸，警員立即徒步追捕當場在分隔島上壓制其中一名陳姓竊嫌，另一名同夥則趁亂摸黑脫逃，初步估計遭竊取的水溝蓋數量高達上百片，警方持續偵辦調查中。
