標題[請益] 請問一下進到公司到底甚麼是該學的

小弟最近開始工作 因為是小公司 沒啥新人蜜月期或是新人訓練 第二天開始就跟著主管跑製程 改改recipe 然後看實驗數據說故事 跟研究所時的實驗方式很像 做了快兩個禮拜,除了第一天6點下班 其他時間都是8~10點下班 感覺都是重複做同樣的事情 請問一下版上的前輩 所謂的在業界學到的東西跟學校學到的不一樣 就我目前看起來似乎沒啥不一樣 還是說我有漏掉甚麼東西應該是我要去注意去學習而我個人忽略掉的? 對了 跟研究所生活最不一樣的地方就是時間都非常的緊湊 光是開會還有做報告就占據了大部分的時間 一開始我報告還打得很認真 後來報告都打幾句話讓人看得懂就好了 不然還要貼當天的數據會貼死我... 差點忘了說 小弟我是做製程工程師 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.138.23 ※ 編輯: GGishot 來自: 123.110.138.23 (06/30 02:12)
