罵人「龜仔尬」　男二審被判拘役20天

彰化一名男子因罵人「龜仔尬」（意指龜兒子），遭到對方提告，一審時判無罪，二審時台中最高法院認為，「龜」有羞辱之意，因此判男子拘役20天。

這起官司發生在2年前，彰化市一間廟宇召開會員大會，其中一名會員不滿常務理事的作風，和常務理事發生口角，一氣之下男子指稱常務理事「敢做不敢當，龜仔尬」，讓常務理事不滿提告男子公然侮辱，並附帶民事求償30萬，檢方依法起訴。

一審時曾函請彰化師範大學、教育部做出解釋，2處都有回覆這是「罵人的話語」無誤，但法官認為以「龜」字罵人雖有貶意，但界定是否構成「侮辱」並無明確判斷標準，爆粗口不等於侵害人格權，充其量只是讓對方「心裡不爽」，並非名譽受損，判男子無罪，並駁回民事求償。

被罵「龜兒子」的當事人得知判決結果後，直呼不可思議且不滿判決，憤怒地表示「他在上百人面前罵我龜仔尬，居然判無罪，我不服，一定上訴。」

根據《中央社》報導，這名常務理事不服，因此上訴二審，台中最高法院則認為，「龜」雖然在古代有長壽吉祥之意，但從宋朝之後就開始出現貶意，所以現在以「龜」字指人，則有侮辱的意思，30日以公然侮辱罪判男子拘役20天。
