標題[問題] 健保給付的問題

想請問一個健保給付的問題 由於跟前一間公司處的不甚愉快 所以在1/30寫信給主管表達與公司規定很多地方無法適應 然後就被人資叫上去聊天 並表達有想離開的念頭 2/2星期一早上就被請去辦離職 今天2/5收到一月的薪資單 說一月的勞保調漲10% 而健保要由我接下來的公司去追朔我未繳的月份 想請問一下這樣是正常的嗎? 因為就我的認知 我一月的勞健保應該都是由原公司付的才對啊 希望能解惑 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.170.214.169 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1423126003.A.773.html
