請問避震前叉無法鎖死可以修理嗎？

大家好，
小弟的老車talon，目前發現避震前叉無法鎖死，
不知道新莊地區哪裡有在修理的？
如果沒有鎖死，爬坡會很累，
可是我牽去新莊的兩間giant,都直接說不能修理，
要直接換，可是都說要好幾千塊，
這樣我是該換還是不該換，
還是說有沒有哪個新莊的店家有在修理避震前叉的呢？
