佔中被捕港法院禁黃之鋒接近旺角

前天在香港警方針對佔中示威進行清場時，被捕的學生領袖黃之鋒，被法院勒令不得接近旺角。

黃之鋒昨天交保獲釋，案子明年一月中還要開庭，昨天，他離開法庭的時候跟記者說，警察在清場的時候，他什麼也沒做，就被逮捕，十個警員一湧而上，把他按在地上，還偷襲他的下體六、七次。

法官昨天依照檢方要求，對黃之鋒下達禁制令，禁止他接近旺角，搭地鐵經過旺角車站則不在此限。
