實價登入與實際成交價有落差

建商開價1200多, 原本要賣底價1000左右,
最後成交800, 但是建商要求實價登入登入900,
因為建商還有幾間還沒賣,想賣一些好價格.
請問這樣實價登入與事實不符, 以後會有問題嗎?
