我在內科上班, 中午吃飯的時候跟他聊天
聊到房價的時候, 我好奇問他買房了嗎?
他說他買了,三房兩廳含車位......
他才30出頭,碩士畢業,剛結婚
他老兄在工研院做過事,在竹科二重埔附近買了新房約400多萬
後來租人約15K每月
他到內科,全家租了一個3房兩廳含車位19K,房價約三千萬的房子
每個月貼4K,他仍然有房,而且住在捷運旁
當大家討論買房還是租房
這是一種魔術數字,但至少買得起房
且不用替房東繳房貸的一個另類方式
年輕人, 頭腦轉個彎, 還是可以買房的
