安泰銀行主辦，維輪實業5年期、新台幣23.8億元聯貸案完成簽約，共有14家銀行參貸，超額認貸比率達43%，籌組金額由原本的20億元提高至23.8億元結案。

安泰銀表示，看好北美車市售後維修市場需求成長，將可帶動維輪成長力道，聯貸案募得資金除償還金融機構貸款外，還可因應成長所需中期營運周轉金。

安泰銀指出，維輪所在的汽車零組件產業，具有模具設備投資龐大、技術能力累積不易、回收緩慢等特性，加上汽車屬於特殊性質產品，客戶認證相當繁瑣，進入門檻高，維輪目前通過認證項目包括1736件CAPA認證、1200件AQRP認證以及超過60件Thatcham認證，與東陽、耿鼎、瑞利並列為國內4大汽車零組件廠。(中央社)
