北市128公車候車站將禁菸　違者可罰萬元

北市衛生局將於明天正式公告，劃定北市12條公車專用道（包括松江路、新生南路、敦化北路、敦化南路、民權西路、民權東路、南京東路、仁愛路、重慶北路、中華路、羅斯福路、新光路）共有128個候車站台區域為禁菸場所。北市衛生局健康管理處長林莉茹說，違者將依《菸害防制法》開罰2千元至1萬元罰鍰。（沈能元／台北報導）
