檢不服 日月光：收判決書再說

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北20日電）喧騰一時的日月光(汙染後勁溪案上午宣判，檢方無法接受輕判將提上訴。日月光表示，待收到判決書後，再與律師研究後續相關事宜。

日月光高雄K7廠被控去年10月排放含鎳、銅等有毒廢水，K7廠遭重罰，產出鎳污染晶圓製程生產線停工。

今年1月高雄地檢署依違反廢棄物清理法等罪，將廠務處長蘇炳碩等5人，依公共危險罪和違反廢棄物清理法起訴。

高雄地方法院今天上午宣判，蘇炳碩等4人獲判1年4月至1年10月不等有期徒刑，均獲緩刑，工程師何登陽無罪。日月光公司遭罰新台幣300萬元。

檢方表示，無法接受輕判，將提上訴。高雄地檢署指出，縱使流放毒物罪舉證有瑕疵，違反廢棄物清理法部分未免也未免判得太輕。

對於上述消息，日月光表示，待收到判決書後，再與律師研究後續相關事宜。1031020
