買眼動儀預算 立法院初審刪120萬

考試院國家文官學院原明年度編預算140萬買兩台眼動儀進行公務員受訓成效，不過立法院司法法制委員會認為社會觀光不佳，初審決議刪除120萬，保留20萬其他實驗室設備。國家文官學院表示，曾有受訓學員反應聽不懂老師上課內容，希望透過科學研究改善教學方式，教材，國民黨立委廖正井說，「你如果請我去上課，學生就不會打瞌睡，學生會打瞌睡代表老師上得太差。」國家文學院院長蔡壁煌則回應，「做這個我們自己自討苦吃，但如果委員覺得不用，我們同意刪120萬。」
