本人預售屋快要交屋,是首購,正在評估貸款銀行,因為沒有貸款過,想請教01有貸款過,或是銀行工作的達人.假設貸款金額600W,貸款年限20年,不需寬限期,目前建商合作銀行提供1.9%年利率,每個月約還3W,這貸款期間如果有其他進帳(例如獎金,股票,例如30W, 50W不等),想先還貸款,那麼大家建議是要銀行重算剩餘金額,給餘下每個約新的金額(較低的金額)去繳20年;還是仍然繳每個月3W,繳完為止(縮短貸款時間),哪種方式划算.還是有其他建議,懇請提供各位的分析.感謝.
