電影《12夜》讓大家看見關於收容所的環境、生活，了解狗狗在收容所是如何度過，也引發社會關注收容所內的流浪貓狗問題，最近有網友指出，在嘉義民熊收容所有103隻狗狗，將面臨12夜的到來，其中不乏敖犬、米格魯、梗犬等品種犬，疑似被飼主棄養，看見這樣的訊息，讓網友難過留言「為什麼救不完？」、「捨不得、看了就想哭」。

根據「Paw Kitchen 跑市場」臉書粉絲團在上周五指出，嘉義民熊收容所約有103隻狗狗將面12夜的到來，當天他們帶了110個肉肉杯子蛋糕，給收容所的每隻狗，也將此訊息告訴大家，向大家宣導「領養代替購買」的觀念，自上周五至今，已累積有2千多名網友分享，希望每隻狗狗都能找到一個家。
