餐廳名稱：OEC脆皮濃湯 詳細地址：嘉義市西區垂楊路與文化路交叉口，冰店附近 電 話：Unknown 營業時間：約下午3點開始 (有時候夏天太熱不會賣)~晚間10點左右 消費時間：2014/08 ---------------------------------------------------------- 圖文網誌版：http://wings30222.pixnet.net/blog/post/185888574 ---------------------------------------------------------- BBS純文字版 這家算是我小時候的回憶吧XD (大概是國中~高中時期蠻常喜歡來買，尤其是冬天) 但夏天有時老闆就不會出來賣 我來這幾乎都是買脆皮濃湯 也就是一般常見的酥皮濃湯那種 買了就帶回家吃~也不用怕冷掉 因為實在很燙 酥皮濃湯都烤得很剛好 有時一口氣買個5杯回家 老闆還會多送我一杯 把上面的酥皮用湯匙壓下去 之後再撒上老闆附的小包胡椒粉 我都會豪邁的撒下去就對了 這家的優點就是料很滿!!! 每一口都是很多料 除了常見的玉米、紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯塊外也有不少雞絲和小香菇丁(但有點微弱XD) 而且我也很喜歡把酥皮混在裡面的感覺 口感很豐富 算是很濃稠的濃湯 可能稱不上什麼很美味的濃湯 對我來說這個算是一個回憶 以前冬天特愛~即使要騎10幾分鐘的機車也會想在冷冷冬天來一杯 而且就在嘉女對面，也許不少嘉女人也知道這家 有時想到還是會想繞來外帶回家品嘗 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.58.25.20 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1408980425.A.15D.html
