(中央社記者吳哲豪彰化25日電）遭撕票的富商施家金為彰化鹿港人，目前還擔任彰化跆拳道委員會主委，因為平時人在台中，彰化地方對他的印象只感覺為人海派。

台中市傳出綁架撕票案，富商施家金日前遭自家謝姓司機綁架，向家屬要求新台幣3000萬元的贖金，家屬將錢匯出後，謝姓男子前往銀行提款時遭識破，連夜搭機出國，至於施家金的遺體今晚在台南市被發現。

施家金為彰化鹿港人，今年2月在彰化縣農會總幹事廖振賢的監交下，才從許安進的手上接下彰化縣跆拳道委員會主委的棒子，擔任主委一職；當時施家金在接受訪問時表示，主委責任重大，跆拳道委員會在前任主委許安進、廖振賢的領導下，工作都已經上軌道，他會追隨2人的腳步把工作做好。

至於彰化跆拳道委員會的人員則說，施家金平時人都在台中，很少在彰化，他們對主委的背景認識不深，只覺得他為人很海派。(中央社)
