《老外看台灣》英國主持人郝毅博最新1支影片，影射中國鄉民經常與台灣和香港的網友吵成一團，他指大陸人之所以沒禮貌、沒水準，是政府、社會、教育整個大環境所造成，「大陸民眾身不由己」，還酸這些留言不客氣的中國鄉民，「要珍惜牆外這個能暢所欲言的環境。」

郝毅博指出，很多網友說中國大陸的人沒禮貌、沒水準，他認為是整個大環境塑造了這種民眾特質，呼籲在自由地區成長的朋友要「包容」他們。郝還提醒留言不客氣的大陸網友要珍惜言論自由，「為了維護你們的言論自由，我們每天去把你們的留言，從檢舉的地方撈出來，讓它能夠顯示。」（任羿馨／綜合報導）
