新北市永和區發生連環車禍，而肇事者竟是前市代會主席郭文彰。23日晚間9時許，郭文彰駕駛著百萬名車，行經保平路時連撞2輛轎車、2輛機車，警方獲報後趕到現場替他酒測，發現酒測值高達1.83毫克，可能真的喝太多，郭男現在還沒清醒，無法製作筆錄。

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，郭男23日晚間9時許，駕駛著400多萬的名車，行駛在保平路路上，先逆向行駛撞上一輛轎車，又連撞2輛機車，最後再撞上一輛轎車才停下。

警消人員接到報案，趕到現場處理，發現郭男原來是前永和區市代會主席，4年前連勝文助選活動中遭到槍擊，而郭男就是當時的活動司儀，成為這槍擊案件的重要證人。

警方為郭男酒測，發現他酒測值高達1.83毫克，相當於喝掉一瓶高粱，警方原本想將他送醫之後再請他做筆錄，但郭男實在喝得太醉，一到醫院就睡得不醒人事，連執勤員警都覺得非常誇張。
