俄國中止供烏天然氣　改採預付制

烏克蘭政府16日稱，俄羅斯已經切斷供應天然氣，僅向歐洲提供滿足其需求的天然氣，烏克蘭能源部長在政府會議上說：「我們已經得到消息，(俄羅斯)輸送到烏克蘭的天然氣已經被中止，只輸送到其他歐洲國家。」

俄羅斯中止對烏克蘭供應天然氣，烏克蘭僅成輸送國，雖然短期內不會影響供應天然氣到歐洲其他國家，但歐盟能源事務專員厄廷格(Guenther Oettinger)對當前俄烏談判失敗的局面表示擔憂，如果烏克蘭使用其儲備天然氣，歐盟將在冬季面臨天然氣短缺。

俄羅斯國營天然氣工業公司（Gazprom）16日宣佈，鑒於烏克蘭方面仍沒有在俄方此前要求的最終期限前支付天然氣欠款，俄方將對烏克蘭供氣改用預付款制度。 事實上，烏克蘭天然氣債務早在2013年11月烏克蘭爆發政治危機時就開始形成，截至今年4月底已達35億美元。
