實拍仲介賣房　在客戶屋內做愛

美國紐澤西一名男子韋恩(Richard Weine)日前指控，指他在2011年委託房仲業者林賽(Robert Lindsay)賣房，但林賽卻把他的房子當免費賓館，帶了一名女房仲菲蘭(Jeannemarie Phelan)直接到他的屋子內做愛。

據美國《紐約每日新聞》及英國《鏡報》報導，韋恩說，他發現林賽和菲蘭2人在他屋內做愛至少10次，他感到很生氣，於是架了一台偷拍攝影機，錄下2人在他屋內做愛的影像，做為證據。去年12月韋恩上告法院，告2人侵犯私人住宅，以及破壞私人財物。

不過菲蘭反過來指控，指韋恩企圖用偷拍到的畫面，向他們勒索90萬美元(約新台幣2700萬元)。韋恩反駁，指自己和妻子當時是約林賽和菲蘭出來談判，並非勒索。目前全案仍在審理中。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
