撞死台大女醫師曾御慈　肇事男遭判5年6個月

去年因酒駕撞死台大女醫師曾御慈的汽車業務員詹震山，12日下午新北地院宣判，依酒駕致死、肇事逃逸等罪，判處詹男5年6個月有期徒刑。

曾御慈32歲、已婚，是台大創傷醫學部主任柯文哲的愛徒，也是他的下屬，柯文哲當時一接到消息，立刻趕去亞東醫院參與急救，可惜仍束手無策。柯文哲難過表示：「孩子，原諒我。老師盡力了，但是我沒能把你救回來。」

曾御慈的家屬也依照曾御慈「愛護病人」心願，決定把她的心、肺、肝、腎、眼角膜、皮膚，全部捐贈出來，幫助其他人。

柯文哲11日說，人都死了，肇事者判幾年都無濟於事，重要的是如何防止悲劇重演。為紀念曾御慈籌備成立的酒駕防制基金會，將致力推廣預防酒駕，基金會一切都已就緒，人員也找好，並將找曾母擔任基金會董事長，讓曾母有點事做，比較不會去想這件傷心事。

新北地院12日宣判，將詹男依酒駕致死判4年6月，肇逃1年4月，合併5年6月有期徒刑。
