【苦勞網記者徐沛然／台北報導】2013年底爆發的高雄日月光、彰化電鍍廠等重大工業廢水污染事件，引發社會大眾關注。由環境法律人協會、地球公民基金會、看守台灣協會、法律扶助基金會、台南社大研究發展學會等團體，所共同組成的「水汙法修法聯盟」，於今日（3/12）上午召開記者會，公佈民間版《水汙染防治法》修法版本，並宣示未來將結合跨黨派立委，共同推動修法...（閱讀全文）
