餐盤藝術　養眼早餐你捨得吃嗎？

一天開始了，早餐除了可以為身體帶來所需能量，還能增加藝術涵養。

挪威食物藝術家 Ida Skivenes利用早餐常吃的白吐司及剩餘食材當作藝術創作素材，複製一系列名畫，如孟克(Edvard Munch)的「吶喊」（The Scream）、馬格利特(René Magritte)的「人之子」（The son of man）等，他也會配合節日創作，在知名社群網站Instagram中已有超過20萬追蹤者，名氣響亮到連首都奧斯陸市廢物管理當局都以她的作品作為宣傳「食物環保」的概念廣告。
 
Ida Skivenes表示食物不僅只有「食用性」，應該還具有更多樂趣，他的創作不僅吸引許多網友關注，還因此登上 Norwegian Breakfast TV及 BBC Breakfast 等新聞台，示範餐盤藝術的製作過程。追求環保的Ida Skivenes並不浪費食材，揀選剩餘食物來創作。作品除了名畫外，生活中也處處是創作靈感。
