我現在在做非連鎖超商的工作 算月薪的：2萬 晚班（16:00～00:00），一個月休四天，一人班 曾經一天上過16小時跟14小時的班 印象中勞基法規定一天內上班時數不能超過12小時？ 我已經把出勤卡拍下來了 http://ppt.cc/Vj8M http://ppt.cc/dLpq 二月前面，是我自願加班，一周上到七天，那部分我無話說 主要針對16跟14小時那兩天 接著就是薪資問題了 以下是老闆的算法 底薪20000 + 加班（2600）- 勞健保（281+343)= 21976 遲到時數可以和加班時數折抵 我2月總共遲到3小時，加班30小時 剛剛發薪水的時候，不知道老闆是沒看到我2/12上班時數是16小時還是... 想說加班時數不太對，才提出來的，不然應該又會被凹走吧 感覺就很不對勁... 根據我自己算的話，少說也有到23XXX 這樣的超商該檢舉嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.11.15 ※ 編輯: sunkingten 來自: 111.249.11.15 (03/12 05:21)
