台南地檢署檢察長費玲玲、台南市調查處長黃迪熹與市警察局長陳子敬，6日連袂拜訪民進黨台南市黨部主委蔡旺詮，為政黨初選納入選罷法，反賄選乾淨選風作宣導。蔡旺詮表示會行文給所有黨籍市議員、里長候選人，宣導政黨初選納入選罷法及其相關刑責，籲請所有候選人切勿以身試法，大家共同維護乾淨選風。

台南地檢署檢察長費玲玲表示，政黨自「公告其提名作業之日」起，於提名期間對候選人或具候選人資格之人，行求、期約或交付、收受賄絡或其他不正利益，而放棄競選者，也就是所謂「搓圓仔湯」，依選罷法可處3至10年徒刑，若在黨內初選對有投票資格之黨員買票，也將面臨3至10年徒刑之刑責。

市警察局長陳子敬強調，不只是政黨，其他無黨候選人，在選舉前以招待旅遊、辦桌請吃飯等方式賄選，檢警調會進行蒐證予以法辦。
