標題[問題] 向公司提議週休二日!?

公司放假制度是隔周休，就是每月的第二和第四個星期六有放假 但通常星期六幾乎是沒有什麼事情，只有現場(工廠)的人有事做 且辦公室的薪資是採月薪制，現場人員卻是日薪制 所以如果變成週休二日薪水制度必然得討論，不然就變少了 以上是現況 今年看到一家廠商由原本隔周休改成週休二日 不清楚這樣的改變是因為上層獨自想做的改變，還是員工提議? 如果要員工來提議那勢必得有一股團結力量和勇氣吧!? 我們公司人數很少，只有個位數而已，有想要對老闆提出這種建議 但不知道這是不是很笨的想法? 不知道版上有沒有人曾遇到過這樣的事情? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.75.77.199
