馬主持國民黨中常會 談財政健全方案

國民黨舉行中常會，邀請財政部長張盛和報告「中央政府財政健全方案」，馬英九在聽完報告後表示，中央政府的舉債已經逼近上限，能夠再借的錢有限，加上政府處分股票及土地受到限制，以及其他因素等，使得政府籌措財源的空間變小。馬英九表示，政府應統籌可用資源，多元籌措，而大家也特別關心增加稅收方面，對於財政部長張盛和兩天前提出準備開徵「回饋稅」，行政院院會尚未正式通過，但初步收到的反應，已經有好幾位富人站出來表示支持。
