光耀科技 佳邦科技 產業 光學膜 被動元件 職缺 研發 元件開發 薪資 N+1. N+6 工時 8.5hr 8.5hr 加班 偶爾(補休) 每天(4hr/day,有加班費) 地點 竹科 竹南 風氣 普通 超緊繃 分紅 聽說很少 普通 (如果各位大大知道，私密留言給我!!謝謝) 因為我之前也是被動元件出來的，所以佳邦才會開這麼高，相對付出當然多很多(因為為了跟大廠搶單)!! 而光耀雖然還不大，但整體工作環境都比被動元件廠來的好!加上他是光群子公司一串作業，有成長空間 ! 想請問各位意見，提供我參考!
