小吃店卡拉OK深夜太擾民 　半年開單65件

民眾常投訴卡拉OK太吵人，台北市環保局去年8月起，將小吃店及住宅區附設卡拉OK從晚間10時至隔日早上8時，及例假日中午12時至下午2時列為管制時間，只要發生噪音擾鄰，不需量測音量就可立即開罰。北市環保局表示，從去年8月至今年1月底止，共接獲陳情稽查605件，經查證屬實現場開罰有65件。

北市環保局表示，因稽查員若現場發現在管制時間卡拉OK出現噪音者就可開罰，近半年來告發率為百分之10，較前年同期增加20倍，而稽查大隊到場發現違規者，可依《噪音管制法》處3千至3萬元罰鍰，經處罰後仍未改善者，可按次連續處罰，市民如遭受噪音妨礙安寧，也可直接撥打北市民當家熱線1999檢舉。（林媛玲／台北報導）
