標題[請益] 專業和薪資的看法

小弟在不動產估價事務所工作， 至今約一年多(先前已有不動產行業相關歷練約3年) 每月(含底薪+津貼+獎金)平均領 35k左右(年終月數比照公務員) 假設估價是一個專業，相較於其他行政、庶務性質工作 但薪水卻不及似乎沒那麼專業的工作(個人主觀認定) 會有這樣的想法，是因為身邊某些朋友的薪水讓我相形見慚 例如:建經公司履保、銀行徵審、建設公司專員(薪水都有破40k) 上面這些是我了解工作內容大致為何，其他薪情比我好的工作如貿易等， 因不了解工作內容，不便比較。 小弟想了解的是: 我的專業值得我堅持下去嗎? (薪水成長的回饋) 當然我相信愈專業是會帶來薪水增加，但那比例卻相當低 在公司做久，薪水好像也沒加多少，(3~4年大概也才幾k吧) 那讓小弟萌生一種想法，不如跳槽到上述例子 反正我再繼續加強專業也沒法讓我薪水有所回饋 但腦海中卻又有一種聲音，堅持專業才是對的" 因此小弟產生困惑了，上來求教各位賢者達人 那一種想法才是對的? 固守本業，堅持專業 抑或跳槽到賺錢的公司及產業，感謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.226.148.178
