寒流今晨低溫7.5℃　日夜溫差達10℃

中央氣象局指出，寒流持續影響，今晨目前平地最低溫在淡水7.5℃，在輻射冷卻效應下，其次為嘉義7.8℃，氣象局已經發布低溫特報，預計寒流將影響至明天清晨，明天白天氣溫將回升。

氣象局表示，北部及宜蘭今天白天高溫約14、15℃，一整天仍感覺偏冷；中南部及花東地區在17到20℃，陽光照射下還算舒適，各地將會越晚越冷，日夜溫度的變化可達8到10℃。環保署也提出預警，冷空氣挾帶境外污染物質，全台空氣品質不好，建議不要在戶外長時間劇烈運動，出門也建議攜帶口罩備用。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
