小學六年級才正式接受棒球訓練，曹祐齊的偶像不是爸爸曹竣崵，他想要成為像「二刀流」大谷翔平一樣的好選手。

原本是籃球隊的一員，曹祐齊今年夏天才決定走上「棒球路」，他笑說：「籃球訓練真的很辛苦，棒球比較好玩。」

「曹大帥」曹竣崵過去是知名棒球員，曹祐齊笑著搖搖頭說，「爸爸不是我的偶像，我最喜歡的是大谷翔平，能投也能打，真的很厲害。」

曹祐齊帶著「林羿豪」的手套上場比賽，他說：「是爸爸跟人家借的，我看到時就跟他要來用。」喜歡林羿豪嗎？曹祐齊再次笑著搖頭否認。

雖然正規訓練起步較晚，不過曹祐齊遺傳到爸爸的棒球基因，身手仍獲得福林國小總教練章子健的肯定；曹祐齊希望未來朝投手發展，因為他站在投手丘上能感到自信。
