遭疑黑箱作業　移民署：絕無此事！

今天下午高雄旅行社業者召開記者會表示，旅行業者日前無法登入移民署網站申請陸客來台，上周五卻發現登記額滿已到3月初，質疑移民署電腦之前當機，卻仍有6萬多名額登記，質疑不知是駭客入侵，還是圖利特定人士。

移民署表示，陸客來台數量爆增，春節前團客配額已滿，絕無電腦當機情事！

移民署說，查證發現於1月13至15日，每日送件數量分別為3萬2935件、4萬6793件及4萬6563件，超過以往送件數，期間系統均有持續成功送件，絕無電腦當機情形。尤其優質團這3天送件量分別為1萬9516件、3萬1461件及2萬3623 共7萬4600件，共用掉20個配賦日之配額，純屬正常情形。（李定宇／新北報導）
