綠水龍遭棄養　3個月抓140隻

獵龍計劃告捷！新北市府執行外來種綠水龍清除計劃，昨統計三個月來捕捉一百四十隻，解剖牠胃袋發現，小至蚯蚓、蝸牛，大到魚類、蜥蜴無所不吃，嚴重威脅台灣生態。農業局表示，綠水龍幼小可愛被當寵物養，長大卻變醜似酷斯拉遭遺棄，估計還有近百隻流浪在外，民眾發現盡快通報。

綠水龍又稱「亞洲水龍」，是一種爬樹能力相當強的半水棲蜥蜴，原產於中南半島東部及鄰近區域，雄蜥最長可達九十五公分，以肉食性為主，對於體形比它小的動物殺傷力強大，食物包括蚯蚓、蝸牛、各類昆蟲、魚類等，在台灣初步解剖胃袋分析，也獵食成體攀木蜥蜴，對本土生態造成嚴重衝擊。 （曾佳俊╱新北報導）
