鴻海高幹集體收回扣　經理聲押

台北地檢署偵辦鴻海集團高幹集體向廠商收回扣弊案，檢察官認定鴻海旗下SMT(Surface Mount Technology)技術委員會總幹事兼經理鄧志賢、SMT工程部經理游吉安及資深經理陳志釧都涉犯《證交法》背信罪，其中鄧因有逃亡、串證之虞，今晨被檢方聲請羈押禁見，游、陳則各200萬元交保、則以100萬元交保，均限制出境、出海；稍早白手套郝緒光也被聲押禁見。

鴻海日前接獲檢舉，指旗下SMT(Surface Mount Technology)技術委員會高層涉嫌利用經辦採購案，長期收受廠商回扣，不法金額恐逾億元，台北地檢署昨指揮新北市調處、刑事局及檢事官兵分19路搜索、並約談6名被告，案情恐向上發展。（呂志明、劉志原／台北報導）
