酒駕入獄犯攀升 8成是慣犯

【記者黃啟明台北報導】受修法及嚴打酒駕影響，法務部統計，從民國99年後違背安全駕駛入監服刑人數逐年攀升，去年占全體受刑人1/5，其中8成有酒駕前科。

立法院去年通過刑法修正案，駕駛人吐氣酒精濃度達每公升0.25毫克或血液酒精濃度達0.05％以上，可處2年以下有期徒刑；另酒駕肇事致死或致重傷者最重分別可處10年或7年以下有期徒刑。

根據法務部統計，受到修法及政策影響，從民國99年到102年，違背安全駕駛而入監服刑人數逐年攀升，累計總人數逾2萬2000人，其中以青壯年居多，男女性別比是24比1。

統計指出，102年1月到11月，有6345人因此入監服刑（占全體受刑人20%），其中近8成是有酒駕前科的慣犯。

根據統計，與101年同期相較，102年違背安全駕駛遭判處1年有期徒刑者，大增1.6倍，判處拘役及罰金人數減少，如此一來，入監受刑人人數增加，導致監獄收容及監護負擔相形沉重。2014/1/19
