熱戀時送手機　她分手歸還、男盜臉書

梁姓男子不斷獻殷勤、送手機追求女同事，分手後女方歸還手機，他從手機上未刪除的臉書程式、帳號和密碼，入侵女方臉書，威脅「她該承受玩火玩人的後果」。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，桃園地院調查，梁姓男子和吳姓女子交往期間，送了一支手機給對方，交往不到3個月，吳女和他分手，歸還手機。梁從手機取得吳女臉書帳號和密碼，登入她臉書，與吳女姊夫對話「火是她放的，她該承受玩火玩人的後果」，隨即變更密碼，讓吳女無法使用，，桃園地院依妨害電腦使用罪判他拘役70天。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
