台北市議員顏聖冠日前接獲民眾陳情表示，捷運公館站「戀戀台大」2樓至5樓從101年結束營業後，遲遲無新廠商進駐，導致周遭商家生意每況愈下，許多店面只能黯然出租收場。顏聖冠19日表示，戀戀台大並非單一個案，許多聯合開發大樓至今依然乏人問津，捷運路網圖形成了蚊子館地圖，台北市政府招商有氣無力，除了年損上億收入外，同時也扼殺各地商圈的發展。

顏聖冠說，聯合開發大樓應要發揮母雞帶小雞的作用，促進該地商圈之發展，但北市府招商無力且放任廠商棄標，市府無疑幫周遭商家吹了熄燈號。

她查閱相關資料發現，戀戀台大2樓至5樓自101年11月租約到期後，即無廠商進駐，中間雖有匯通利達公司得標，但該公司又終止契約，使得商場至今空空蕩蕩。

顏聖冠痛批，市府面對廠商棄標毫無作為，商場閒置至今兩年多，淪為昂貴蚊子館，導致周遭商家逐年虧損。

顏聖冠進一步指出，戀戀台大並非個案，捷運沿線許多聯開大樓皆尚未出租，以致市庫一年損失億元。市議員顏聖冠調閱資料發現，與戀戀台大相同的聯開大樓，仍有10餘處無人承租，又以新店線沿線為數最多。
