北捷商場「蚊子館」　市庫年損億元

【郭美瑜／台北報導】北市議員顏聖冠接獲民眾陳情，台北捷運聯合開發案公館站戀戀台大大樓2樓至5樓商場，前年結束營業後，遲無廠商進駐，連帶影響周遭店家生意。顏聖冠今表示，許多捷運聯開大樓至今乏人問津，捷運路網圖成了「蚊子館地圖」，她批市府招商有氣無力，估市庫年損上億收入，還影響商圈發展。

北市府捷運局財務室主任許明華表示，她去年底才接辦該項業務，且陸續辦理招商，但該案還未招標出去。因仍有其他聯開案待招標，捷運局正研究如何讓招商公告多元化。至於有多少處聯開案還未標出，許表示，還要再查資訊。
