蘋果退貨　白天叩到黑夜找嘸客服

【方翊倩／綜合報導】蘋果公司線上商店本月10日舉行紅色星期五特賣，不少人搶買iPad等商品；但近日多位民眾投訴，下訂後反悔想退貨須致電客服，但狂打65通電話居然「找嘸人」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，蘋果月初辦特賣會，大手筆將旗下新品做現金折扣，不少民眾先搶訂，業界估當天業績至少破億元。但刷卡付款後反悔，上官網想退貨，竟顯示「折扣品無法使用網路線上退貨」、須聯繫客服，但有人連打7天電話都沒找到客服人員，也有人在線上等1個多小時後、被直接掛斷，等同強迫民眾消費，直罵「有夠誇張！」
