HTC的客戶服務在台灣是一流的，不過在國外真的有待改進。

在馬來西亞，一般從聯絡htc客服安排收件送機到修好送回至少都要等待三週以上，而且過程中常打電話追蹤進度都公式化的回答。。。＂在檢驗中。。。＂

而三星的維修服務，一般是三天內取件。

在國外如香港美國等都對相關客服有不滿，這是htc在全球化過程中仍無法同調的地方，有待改進。好的產品被爛的客服扯後腿，實在可惜。希望htc能加油！
