【動新聞】腦麻女遭辱　母掌摑同事被炒

【方翊倩／綜合報導】麥當勞高雄鳳山區中山店去年12月發生男工讀生不滿腦性麻痺員工工作輕鬆，在臉書貼文諷刺，腦麻員工媽媽是中山店襄理，要求工讀生道歉並刪除貼文未果，憤而打他一巴掌遭解僱。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，任職高市鳳山區中山店襄理的謝桂英投訴，22歲女兒BoBo因腦性麻痺，去年公司針對身心障礙者推「向日葵計劃」，女兒上月1日上班，但9日就有男工讀生在臉書貼文：「計劃不是這樣的吧，不是應該要讓他們在社會上有謀生能力嘛？連個熱的都不能碰是怎樣？不要讓自己的小孩受傷，別人家的小孩就該累死？」謝女要求工讀生道歉並刪文，但工讀生反駁：「又沒指名道姓。」謝情緒失控才打了他一巴掌。

上月18日謝桂英被麥當勞解僱，麥當勞表示，謝姓員工當眾使用暴力，侮辱同仁，已觸犯《勞基法》第12條，「對於共同工作之勞工，實施暴行或有重大侮辱之行為」， 也違反麥當勞工作規則才開除她，「但體諒她處境特殊，已提供6個月薪水以上的謀職金。」
