【國際中心／綜合外電報導】南非環境部17日公布，去年南非境內共有1004頭犀牛遭獵殺，超過2012年的668頭，創歷史最高紀錄。

當局去年逮捕343名嫌犯，也比2012年增加30%，顯示盜獵十分猖獗。環境部長莫萊瓦警告，如果無法有效遏阻盜獵歪風，2026年時南非犀牛恐將滅絕。
