全國5個縣市18日上午10時大串連，發起「反eTag快閃行動」，宜蘭縣由羅東鎮代許俊仁發動抗議，與一群地方民代與民眾，在國道5號羅東、五結交流道附近，發給駕駛人「反eTag照樣可以上國道」的貼紙，組成的抗議車隊從羅東交流道北上，行抵宜蘭下交流道後解散。

eTag快閃行動，由高雄、台南、苗栗、嘉義、宜蘭等5縣市的民意代表同步展開。宜蘭有15輛車，在車上貼「反eTag照樣可以上國道」的貼紙。許俊仁等人在國道五號羅東、五結交流道附近，向等待紅燈的車輛發放反eTag傳單，引起很多駕駛人的熱烈回響，甚至索取貼紙分送給親朋好友。

參與抗議行動的民代指出，這波由南到北抗議的訴求有二：一、政府在春節前還沒準備好，春節期間不准收費。二、希望政府輔導國道收費員工，並給予適當安排。如果政府無法解決這兩項問題，應將國道還給人民，不要再外包給遠東集團。
